Most of the players are somewhat weak and they perform poorly in matches against stronger teams. A few of those players fear that the opposing team is stronger and it's not easy to win them, that thought of losing and fear makes their gameplay worse. And, that is the main cause of their loss I guess.

It happens with all weak teams and that's why it's very important to have those players in a team who aren't only physically strong but they should also be psychologically and emotionally strong. I would say that only Soumya Sarkar played fearlessly against New Zealand team and all those runs are scored because of him only. The guy scored 169 runs in the match which is not an easy thing to do and if some other players would play like him then they could easily win this match against New Zealand.

In the match between India and South Africa, India gave a target of 297. After a poor start, the Indian middle order stepped up. A 116-run partnership between Sanju Samson and Tilak Varma helped India to a good total in the series decider. Rinku's cameo at the end pushed the total further.
