We are not surprised that this happened, already some have been seeing it coming before now, same way we had it after we had the recent all time high, some have predicted that the market may fall a little more dip and we are having it happening already with the current situation on how the market is performing now, but we still expect more bull to come than we see in bear because we are still in the bull season and halving is close by.

Two days ago until now Bitcoin was experiencing a correction. Yesterday I thought the price of bitcoin would continue to rise followed by altcoins until the bitcoin halving, but it turned out there was a correction. Bitcoin's new ATH was reached before the halving, but we are still waiting for the top ATH this season.

I don't think that it will continuously fall until bitcoin because if we see continues dump then all investors will get disappointed and price will reduces to the most lowest value. This is all due to correction after which we will again see the huge pump that will bring a better condition in the market.

We have seen new ATH of bitcoin that is 73k$ and the pumping does not stop here but we will see another ATH of the year very soon may be before halving or just during halving.

Yes I was surprised to see this all time high before the halving. Because all the predictions were after the halving before the all time high but all the predictions were truncated. Though the $100k prediction is still stands. After the halving that is when we will see All Time High in this season and foe now it has beaten the previous All Time High and not yet the current All Time High.

Personally, although when I used to make price analyses and predictions, I used to end with the phrase 'history need not repeat itself', I have been surprised by this end of the cycle. We will see if things stay as they are or if there is another ath before halving, let's say closer to $80,000, which would augur a very good post-halving price performance.

History does not repeat in a fixed pattern, but events can be similar as long as the options are similar.

More like if you chose two specific periods, the perfect scale then you can make events look somewhat similar.
I'm still of the opinion that Bitcoin would have followed the same growth even if the halvings had been 2 years or 8 years apart, I have a feeling the next 4 years will not just break all patterns before but it will also announce a new transition phase, just a theory but I would expect a far more mature market incoming, with less volatility and far more correlated with other commodities and stocks, not something I would like to see but plenty of things pointing at it.

It's just me but the choice of using words like  "horrible" and "bomb" are not something I would do, at least not with real bombings happening around the world.

I think it is the first time to see a new ATH in pra halving (before halving). In the previous bullish season, the new ATH always happened in 1 year after the halving. I think it may the impact of ETF market. Well, the market has dropped. BTC price is already about $65k after the lowest price at $61k in the last few days. Yes, halving is very close, we will see it in the next month.

I agree that we have seen a very very strong resistance, its not going to be that easy at all, it won't be even compared to what we have seen so far. It is clear that Bitcoin recovered and that's the most important part, there is really nothing that could change this fact. So that means we are going to toss against the wall here and there, but then we are going to end up recovering. So we may see a few more times trying to hit the wall, and bounce back down, and hit again etc a few more times. Eventually its going to get a lot better, and we will manage to break over that 70k price eventually for sure.

Honestly, I don't think $80k is a meaningful level for BTC to sell immediately after reaching it. Personally, I expect BTC can go to at least $95-100k after the correction is over and the resistance around $73k is broken. The only problem is that the current correction may be prolonged.

It seems that this correction will last until the bitcoin halving, because it is predicted that miners will sell their bitcoins during the halving, the price of bitcoin will fall at that time. but keep holding our bitcoin because the price of bitcoin will rise again after the correction.
