Title: Remove time restriction in between reports

360 secs is just too long. To be honest, I find it discouraging and annoying as a reporter since I'm trying to help the forum and yet the forum limits me. Why does reporters need to wait? Are there too many unhandled reports that there is a need to have this restriction?

It's almost as if there's a need for a membership group (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=131981.0) that can remove this time limit for trusted reporters.

Reports are handled well, there isn't a backlog. Rarely by myself but they get reliably taken care of. I can understand the issue of it being prone to misuse, for example a user reporting post after post of another user, whereas really they should be reporting the user directly, as opposed to numerous posts.

It'd be nice to trust valued contributors to not have to wait 360 seconds to make reports, after all they make mods lives a lot easier. If it means we are receiving a lot less reports because of this time-limit, then this isn't helpful and is somewhat counter-productive.

I'd be interested to hear from other reporters of whether this is a problem for them as well. #hair?

I have discussed about this in the my local section
https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=179725.0
I experienced the same thing when I wanted to report a case that I found, I had to wait to use report to moderator.

For me 360 seconds was too long. I think the ideal is 60 seconds or 120 seconds. So that there will be time to mod review the report

1 or 2 minutes is also a long time. I'd rather have it removed but I'm fine with a 10 seconds "cool down".

Mods will always have the time to review the report when they get online. It's not like the reports will expire which prompts them to act on it right away. I imagine there is a log for all reports and categorized as new/settled/unsettled and so on.

Because ideally I find cases to report after 1-2 minutes, after exploring several sections. Maybe 30 seconds could be considered.

Yes, there are open and closed reports to put it simply.

If that were "only" these 360 seconds ... I've been trying to make a second report for 15 minutes and have found 30 cases, but there is still "The last topic report from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again later. " No way!
