It'll depend on those strong resistance for rebounding as well as rate of fuds into the market. As of now, bitcoin is struggling to break the strong resistance of $38.5k and market might rebound if that resistance is broken and become support for bitcoin. So lets wait for it first and eventually other resistance will be soon. 8)

I am also observing that so but actually i Don't know how this will happening in the market. There are many reason for too much dumping in the crypto currency market i think one of the best reason is fall in bitcoin price also another reason is few big investor have already quit from the market.

In my three years of observation with the cryptocurrency industry, it is always true that we are dealing with a pump and dump industry and I am really wondering why this is so. Is it because at the bottom of things, there is really less value with the technologies that we are dealing with? Is this a case of like an eBook which can be cheap compared to the real one? Bitcoin have been dumping for the past few weeks now which is causing dump to other altcoins which is very bad must people that are holding coin are already at lost and I believe must people especially newbies are scared already and some are selling at lost already which is very bad. The only advise I will give is that if you are holding any coin and you are already at lost is better you leave it because all coins are still going to bounce back.

When El Salvador allowed Bitcoin, it was a huge news but price didn't go up, it is so sad.

In my opinion, the market is in an accumulation phase before stronger growth. 1.5T USD is a good cap of the market, at least x2 from ATH 2017. The correction phase will take place from 4-6 weeks, after which the recovery and growth phase will come. I still believe the BTC price will hit 100K USD as in PlanB's S2F model.

I think the dump happened because many weak hands are selling their assets due to one issues, maybe they are afraid of the Cryptocurrency market due to the announcement that China is trying to crackdown on Bitcoin or because some of of them are afraid to loose their fund for the Cryptocurrency bear market happening.
