So i got a Civic complete:error last week , i already had one once , and the support took 5 weeks to answer , this time , i submit the ticket , and 48hours , i got my funds back in my wallet , i dont know if it helped , but a friend advise me to post my situation in reddit/poloniex unoficial and i explained the problem, and i did it as soon as i write the polo ticket , i dont know if it played a role , but 48 hours later , fastest polo support ever , anyway , quick tip if it can help.

Including all the details of interaction with support. Suddenly, someone else will run into a similar problem and your review will help solve this.
