Cryptocurrency Trading / Trade + study = great combination
« on: March 11, 2021, 01:25:20 PM »
I came across this article and definately want to share it with you: https://techb ullion url blocked due to seo spam/best-5-crypto-social-trading-platforms/

It's worth reading if you would like to start crypto trading and don’t know from what and where to start.

Just imagine, “you simply let someone else develop the trading strategy for you by directly copying the exact same trades they make”. In addition, you can analyze and study the crypto market and strategies you followed, and interact with the traders.

I agree with the author's choice. Those platforms are interesting in their own way, and traders of different levels and with different goals can find the right platform.

Coinmatics is a new and fast-growing platform that will be good for beginners since it has a user-friendly UI and intuitive tools. I think almost everyone knows about eToro, and it is the best match for advanced users (just check their multi-functional platform). Zulutrade has a huge education base in addition to forex and copy trading. The fans of cloud-based systems will like Zagnaly and Shrimpy. I am fascinated by this discovery in our crypto world. What do you think about such crypto copy trading platforms? If you ised some of them I want to hear your experince.

Advertise Your Stuff / What is IEON Oracle?
« on: March 02, 2021, 11:29:30 AM »

IEON Oracle is the transparent, decentralized oracles on BSC. It provides Binance Smartcain with off-chain data. Binance Smartcain is designed to be entirely deterministic. That means if we were to replay every transaction, we would end up in the correct state. If you include API calls or other non-deterministic sources into the infrastructure of blockchain, there is a good chance that the source will be depreciated, hacked, or even just broken, and we would not be able to validate transactions.

IEON Oracle enters every data input through an external transaction. This way, we can be sure that the blockchain itself contains all of the information required to verify itself. We are the bridge between the two worlds!

The Grayscale digital asset manager is on a massive Bitcoin buying spree in the last 16-days. They have snapped up over 40,000 BTCs in the last half-a-month (since January 13, 2012, to be precise).

The crypto analytics company Glassnode’s CTO, Rafael Schultze-Kraft, has noted this tremendous accumulation by Grayscale. He also noted that till the beginning of 2021, 26,000 Bitcoins have been mined. This makes the accumulation of Bitcoin by Grayscale 56% faster than the new BTC supply in 2021 till now.

Announcements [ANN] / [ANN] Introducing xSigma DeFi
« on: November 27, 2020, 08:33:25 AM »

Despite the enormous potential offered by defi, its protocols remain notoriously tricky to use. A range of hazards and underlying risks prevent DeFi from reaching its true potential of open access and financial inclusion worldwide. xSigma DeFi is a stablecoin DEX designed to solve the main problems that plague current defi AMMs.

Introduction
If you’ve interacted with a defi platform or protocol this year, you’ve likely been impressed by the capabilities of this transformative technology. But we’ll wager you’ve also been frustrated by UX issues, stuck transactions, impermanent loss and many other defi pain points that the industry has yet to solve.

There are so many moving parts in defi, and so many different ways of interacting with base layer protocols that it’s extremely difficult to master this fast-changing landscape that exists in a state of flux. Unless you have years of experience and an advanced coding background, overcoming defi’s many obstacles is a serious challenge.

Curve is fiendishly baffling to use; successors like Swerve are overseen by anon founders whose long-term commitment is impossible to gauge; Uniswap pooling is prone to impermanent loss on all but the most stable and liquid pairs; the list goes on. It’s clear that there’s a pressing need for a defi token swapping solution that can incorporate the best elements of these protocols while overcoming the problems that have undermined their utility.

Solution
Stablecoins have emerged as one of the largest markets in the cryptocurrency industry, providing investors with immediate liquidity, price stability and redeemability. By November 2020, the combined market capitalization of all stablecoins was over $24 billion. Hundreds of millions worth of stablecoins are exchanged each day — a figure that is expected to rise steadily as we enter the next phase of global adoption.

Despite the inherent benefits offered by stablecoins, the exchange market is dominated by a few big players. Curve’s dominant position has allowed it to get away with offering a poor user experience, opaque token distribution and complex governance and farming systems.

xSigma DeFi was developed by xSigma Lab, a subsidiary of NASDAQ-traded company ZK International (Nasdaq: ZKIN). NASDAQ listing guarantees the transparency of the xSigma DeFi team.

The product of intensive research and development, xSigma is a DEX that’s been designed to capture the true value of decentralized finance, incentivizing participation while minimizing risk for liquidity providers and traders alike.

xSigma is building a stablecoin exchange from the user side, not the developer side. Through its proven technologies, the xSigma platform prioritizes user experience by offering a simplified interface that appeals to both crypto veterans and new traders. xSigma’s team is implementing new innovations in the stablecoin exchange market, including a revamped reward structure. The platform will burn SIG tokens with exchange fees, effectively pushing up demand for the governance token while also capping supply in the same manner as Bitcoin’s 21 million-unit hard cap.

Why xSigma DeFi?
Creating a best-in-class DEX isn’t simply about having the best tech. The solution that prevails, in the long run, will combine outstanding technology with a team, timeline, backers, and vision of equal caliber.

Built by a trusted publicly traded company and implemented by an experienced and passionate defi team, xSigma DeFi approaches the DEX challenge from a fresh perspective. It provides a user-friendly DEX for stablecoin swapping with a simple system for farming, governance, and account management.

With 100 million investors from NASDAQ yet to enter defi and gain exposure to its many possibilities, we’re bullish on the future of this burgeoning crypto vertical — as we are on our ability to onboard this lucrative market. Thanks to our ties with traditional fintech, coupled with our deep knowledge of the defi space, we’re confident that in xSigma DeFi we can deliver a solution that combines the best of both worlds: the trustless, non-custodial design of defi coupled with the UI and functionality of trad-fi.

We look forward to sharing more details about how xSigma DeFi will revolutionize decentralized finance. Join the whitelist to get an early start on the defi revolution and be sure to follow us for more details.

Crypto currency Mining / How to start mining Ethereum Classic
« on: October 16, 2020, 01:01:12 PM »

Ethereum Classic is one of the most popular cryptocurrencies among Hive OS users. At the moment, it takes the fourth place in our coin ranking:

In addition, ETC has a rather “attractive” value in comparison to other cryptocurrencies: on October 9, 2020, according to CoinTelegraph, the price of ETC was $5.68:

What else should you know about ETC?

First of all, the network has a relatively low difficulty (which means that the process of finding a new block won’t take too much time). However, there are also disadvantages. ETC is extremely vulnerable to 51% attacks, there were 3 consecutive attacks in less than a month, which significantly reduced the speed of money transfers. The block confirmation increases were set in place in order to mitigate the attacks, but the network still cannot be called secure and stable.

But let’s suppose that you still decide to start mining ETC. How to do it?

Choosing equipment for mining ETC

You may think that due to the constantly increasing size of the DAG file it will soon be impossible to mine ETC on lower VRAM cards (3 GB or 4 GB). However, this is not exactly the case of ETC. The EPOCH duration will be recalibrated, so that such cards will be able to continue mining ETC.

As for models of video cards, we recommend paying attention to AMD Radeon RX 470/480/570/580/590. In case of NVIDIA, check 1660/Ti/Super/Ampere. Although, AMD cards are still more efficient than NVIDIA when it comes to mining ETC.

As for miners, we recommend TeamRedMiner for AMD, and Ethminer for NVIDIA and those GPUs that have both AMD and NVIDIA cards. Avoid using Phoenix and Claymore, as they tend to inflate hashrates. This means that you will not be able to trust the displayed hashrates — the numbers will be incorrect.

Creating a wallet

The next step after choosing (or setting up) the equipment is to create a wallet in order to keep the money earned from mining. There are many platforms that allow you to do this, and here are some of them:

  • Ethereum Classic Wallet (your wallet will be initially configured for the ETC network);
  • MyEtherWallet (you will need to change the network settings to work with ETC);
  • Coinomi (a multi-currency wallet);
  • Binance (a cryptocurrency exchange, you will need to register and get a deposit address);
  • Poloniex (also an exchange).

However, keep in mind that exchanges often become targets of attacks, have regular maintenance times, and do not share the private keys. Consider this when making a choice.

Choosing a pool and software

You have chosen hardware and created a wallet. Now you are almost ready to start mining ETC. But first, you need to choose a pool — generally speaking, pool mining tends to be more profitable than solo mining for the vast majority of users. Instead of looking for blocks yourself, you will receive a small part of the rewards of the entire pool, which means that your income will be much more stable. Let’s see on Hiveon pool:

  • The pool fee is 0%
  • Transaction fees are paid by the pool
  • The pool hashrate is 553.46 Gh/s (as of 13 Oct 2020)
  • Payments are made daily at 07:33 GMT for balances at or over threshold (1.0 ETC)
  • Servers are located in Russia, Europe, North America, and Asia
  • Stale shares are compensated.

In addition, the Hiveon pool easily integrates with the Hive OS management and monitoring system. Using it, you can do the following:

  • Manage all your devices at the same time
  • Monitor hashrate, online statuses, and device errors
  • Monitor energy consumption
  • Perform updates in bulk
  • Use tags for quick search
  • Receive notifications about temperature, hashrate changes, and so on.

Apart from this, we provide 24/7 support service, you can contact us anytime, and we will always be happy to answer your questions about Hive OS, ETC mining, and so on. Mine easily and profitably!

Monitoring the statistics can greatly improve the efficiency of your farm. But how exactly can you track it? How to do this?

It’s simple — hashrate, temperature, energy consumption, efficiency and stability can tell a lot about your potential problems. However, if you have hundreds or even thousands of GPU rigs or ASICs, analyzing all of this data can be challenging.

Thanks to this Statistic feature, you are able to do the following:
  • Figure out which devices generate income;
  • Understand which workers consume too much energy;
  • Monitor the workers’ problems (for instance, too frequent overheating) and find out how to solve them;
  • Detect devices with too low hashrate;
  • Fully understand the situation on the farm (or farms), even if you have a lot of devices.

Statistics on account
On the screenshots below you can see the examples of the Hive OS statistics. In the context of a farm, you can assess the overall situation and energy consumption:

Statistics on the account also include hashrate by algorithms, so you can identify how effective specific algorithms are (and then increase your profits by choosing those of them that bring the most income).

In addition to farm statistics, it also provides the following data on workers:
  • Temperature;
  • Hashrate by algorithm (or algorithms);
  • Energy consumption;
  • Fan speed.

As you can see, on this screen the level of electricity consumption remains almost unchanged. This means that the devices work stably and do not consume too much power. The temperature is also within normal limits. But regarding the hashrate by algorithms, not all the workers are equally effective.

Take a look at one more example with Hiveon ASIC S9:

OS provides statistics on your workers so that you can always find and solve any problems related to the operation and efficiency of your equipment in time.

Public statistics

Coins
Now the first place among coins is taken by ETH — 61% of users mine it. The second most popular coin is Nicehash-Ethash (8%), and the third one is ETC (7%). Please note that ETH is the most profitable coin, which explains its high rating.

Algorithms (GPUs)
According to the Hive OS statistics, ethash leads by a large margin — 77%. In second place is sha256, 6%. The third most popular algorithm is kawpow (4%).

GPU brands
Both AMD and Nvidia cards are popular. Most miners (57%) prefer AMD. Nvidia takes second place with 43%.

AMD models
The first place is taken by Radeon RX 580 8GB — 22%. The second one — by Radeon RX 570 4GB (21%). In third place is Radeon RX 470 4GB (14%), and in fourth and fifth — Radeon RX 580 4GB and Radeon RX 570 8GB, 12% each.

Previously, this rating included the RX 550 / 560 cards with 2GB of memory, but now these cards are practically not in demand due to their non-universality.

Nvidia models
The first place is occupied by P106–100 6GB (23%), the second one — by GeForce GTX 1070 8GB (13%), and the third one — by GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (11%). The fourth and the fifth places are taken by GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB and GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, 11% and 7% respectively.

With a good value for money ratio, the GeForce GTX 1060 3GB was once Nvidia’s leading card, with a 25% rating. But now its popularity has fallen by more than three times. Why? Due to the lack of memory, these cards cannot mine the most profitable coins (ETH and ETC).

Analyzing modern algorithms and prospects, it can be assumed that cards with 4GB of memory are going to be the next to leave. This is relevant to both Nvidia and AMD cards and means that you should already focus on options with a larger memory capacity (8GB or more).

Miners (GPUs)
At the moment, the most popular miner is phoenixminer — 37% . The second place is taken by claymore (36%), and the third one — by asicminer (6%).

ASIC models
As for ASICs, the leader is Antminer S9. The second place is occupied by Antminer L3+. In third place is Antminer T17.

How to increase income and reduce costs when mining on ASICs with the stock firmware?

A pretty low level of income, frightening electricity bills, the risk of overheating and virus infection — these and other unpleasant problems are faced by almost all owners of ASICs on factory firmware. But fortunately, a proper custom firmware will help to deal with them.

Features:
1. By using overclocking, you can significantly increase the efficiency of your devices and, accordingly, your income. Take a look at the rates that you can achieve using the firmware (the most popular ASIC models are used as examples):

2. By using the downvolting function, you can reduce your energy consumption and thus reduce your electricity costs. For example, the factory firmware for ASIC S17E consumes 2700 kW of electricity (at 60 Th/s). With the same hashrate, custom Hiveon ASIC firmware consumes almost 2 times less — 1314 kW.

3. Hiveon ASIC firmware provides reliable virus protection (99.9%). This is possible thanks to the constantly updated digital signature and tar vulnerability check.

4. The temperature watchdog reboots the ASIC or stops the mining process if a critical temperature is reached. In addition, to protect your devices from overheating and ignition, the temperature sensor works even during the start.

5. Firmware is also “equipped” with a hashrate watchdog. If the hashrate drops below the norm, the watchdog reboots the device to protect you from losing income.

6. You can adjust the required temperature of the chips — ASICs will maintain it, and their performance will increase.

7. Manufacturing defects of ASICs can lead to short circuits. But not with Hiveon ASIC. Thanks to the short circuit protection function, the mining process automatically stops if there is a danger of fire.

8. Autotune adjusts ASIC chip frequencies to increase hashrate (and your income) and maintain power consumption. Autotune results are “remembered” so profiles can be easily reapplied. For the 17th ASIC series, automatic profile change is provided.

9. ASIC chips stop consuming power in case of loss of the Internet connection — this feature will save you money.

10. Firmware constantly monitors the condition of the equipment, so if any problem is detected, you will be immediately notified about it.

11. Firmware users can use the best management and monitoring system for free. With its help, you can manage thousands of ASICs at the same time, monitor the hashrate, power consumption, temperature and statuses of each miner, set up different access levels, and so on. Plus, you can count on 24/7 support from the largest mining community.

11

Does your ASIC farm consist of hundreds or thousands of devices? Does managing it take a lot of your time? There is a solution — the Hive OS monitoring and control system.

Should manage a large ASIC farm take a lot of time? Definitely no. The management process can be convenient and simple, even if you have thousands of devices. This is possible thanks to Hive OS.

How to make the process of managing a farm as simple and convenient as possible? Those who own large ASIC farms or mining hotels often ask this question, and the answer is here. This post covers five useful features of the Hive OS, the most effective and convenient to use monitoring and management system that will help to simplify the farm management process.

1. Organising workers into farms

Owners of mining hotels (or administrators of several clients) often categorise their user base in Hive OS by farms. In the context of mining, a farm is a group of devices (so-called workers). Workers of one farm are isolated from all other workers. This means that every farm has its specific general statistic (energy consumption, hashrate, the quantity of workers with problems, and so on). It is very convenient and easy to “accommodate” individual clients or separate premises in this way. In addition, on the farm you can apply any actions in bulk (for instance, changing a pool).

In Hive OS you can also set up different levels of access for other accounts. For example, an administrator can have full access to all the farms that he manages, and he can give the right to monitor any farm to another account (managing the farm will be impossible for this account in this case). In addition, the client can get notifications (in Discord or Telegram) in case there are any issues with the devices or in order to discover their statistical data.

2. Using tags in order to distinguish workers or clients

Using tags can help in many situations, and here are some of them:

  • Describing problems with the equipment. For example, you can use such tags as “Replace a fan”, “Replace a board”, and so on. Thus, it will be very easy for you to keep a record of workers with problems and to maintain them.
Using tags for sorting problematic devices
  • Marking the devices that have certain nuances. For instance, you can use the following tags: “Not to overclock”, “A problem with a flash drive”, and so on.
  • Distinguishing the clients. This can be done not only with the help of farms, but also using tags. Let’s suppose that a mining hotel has several dozen clients, and each of them has 20 ASICs. Creating dozens of farms may not be the best solution, since you will have to go into each of them separately to perform various actions in bulk. Let’s say, in case someone needs to change the overclocking profile on all the ASICs because of a potentially dangerous temperature change, this person will have to do this for each farm separately, because Hive OS does not allow performing actions in bulk for farms (for all workers on the farm — yes, but not for all the farms at once). However, using tags, you can easily distinguish different clients in one farm, and at the same time, if necessary, perform the required actions massively.

3. Statistics

At the moment, Hive OS offers statistics for each individual worker and for the entire farm at once.

Checking the statistics of the device, you can see the graphs of energy consumption, fan speed, hashrate and temperature. In turn, statistics on the farm show the number of active workers and hashrate.

It is possible to export the statistics to a .csv file. In this way, you can easily and quickly calculate the exact or average value for any period or even create your own graphs.

Statistics on power consumption, hashrate, fan speed and temperature

4. Bulk installation

There are several ways to install Hive OS on your ASIC:

  • To install from another ASIC (with access via SSH).
  • To search for all the ASICs in the local network by the given address ranges. The result of the search is a list of IP addresses to which Hive OS will be installed. You can also create this list manually or simply copy it from BTC Tools. In case the workers’ names are added to the list, they’ll have the provided names in the web interface of Hive OS.
  • To install the firmware in bulk.
  • To install the Hive OS client on any ASIC Antminer massively (via SSH).
  • To apply farm_hash massively.

All the essentials guides and instructions can be found on our Github or Youtube channel.

Bulk installation of firmware via the web interface

5. Bulk actions

You can massively apply various actions to ASICs: overclocking, changing a wallet or pool, etc.

In the web interface of Hive OS, you can select all the workers of your farm with one click, or select only a specific device at a time. Apart from this, it is possible to select all the workers on a particular page. After that, you can perform these actions massively:

  • Changing an overclocking profile.
  • Flashing the workers.
  • Applying the flight sheets (using them you can switch between wallets and pools on your workers).
  • Turning off or rebooting the workers.
  • Sending a command using Shell (remote access to the devices).
  • Applying a watchdog.

Bulk application of flight sheets

All the features described above will be very useful to all owners of large ASIC farms because they give users the freedom of action in almost any case. Therefore, use them when managing your mining farms — they will simplify your life.

Crypto currency Mining / Why does a miner need a mining operating system?
« on: September 21, 2020, 02:44:43 PM »

Are you unhappy with the performance of your workers? Do you constantly face various problems (for instance, high energy consumption, workers’ overheating or downtime, impossibility to monitor all the devices effectively and to send commands to several rigs or the entire farm at once)? There is a solution — the Hive OS operating system.

For what does a miner need the Hive OS operating system? Everything is extremely simple — it helps to manage devices and simplifies the mining process in general. How exactly? Details in this post.

Why does a miner need an operating system? Everything is simple — it greatly simplifies the mining process itself and the management of ASICs and GPU rigs (which is especially important if you have a large farm), helps to increase the efficiency of devices and solves many different problems like accidental hardware reboots.

Sounds interesting? Sure. Considering your mining needs, the Hive OS operating system was created. Take a look at its main characteristics:

  • With Hive OS you can monitor the hashrate, temperature of your devices, power consumption, statuses of each device, and so on.
  • You can also apply various functions in bulk, and send commands to thousands of devices at once.
  • Hive OS allows you to create a schedule to automatically execute commands, change wallets or pools, and so on.
  • Hive OS can be launched with a few clicks.
  • Devices can be sorted, grouped and filtered.

And now take a look at the most useful features of Hive OS in a little more detail.

Overclocking of devices
In simple words, overclocking is “pushing” the hardware out of the factory settings for better productivity and increased revenue. Overclocking can also be used to reduce power consumption. Using Hive OS, you can create overclocking profiles and, in this way, improve your devices.

RX Boost
With the help of the RX Boost function, you can achieve maximum speed when mining with memory-intensive algorithms on AMD RX 400/500 video cards (the Polaris family).

Integration of miners
Hive OS supports the most popular miners, but if the option you want is still not on the list, you can integrate it yourself.

Hashrate watchdog

Hive OS will independently track the performance of your ASICs or GPU rigs — you won’t have to spend your time on this. If the efficiency of one of the devices drops, the watchdog is triggered. The device restarts and returns to the desired performance level.

Temperature control
With Hive OS you can easily control the temperature of your devices. First of all, even if you have hundreds of devices, you can easily monitor all of them at the same time — this is possible thanks to the heatmap. If one of the workers gets close to the critical temperature, you will immediately notice this.

Secondly, in Hive OS, apart from the hashrate watchdog, there is also a temperature watchdog. If the hardware reaches a critical temperature, this watchdog reboots the system or stops the mining process.

Thirdly, to prevent critical temperatures, Hive OS ensures automatic fan control so that your workers’ temperatures are always kept at the right level.

Process automation
With the Scheduler function, you can create various events (for example, command execution, application of an overclocking profile, and so on). Then, by selecting an event and setting up the time and frequency of repetition, you can automate some of the mining processes.

Statistics
With the help of the Hive OS statistics, you can easily monitor your hardware and track the performance of your devices at different algorithms, temperatures, and so on. In addition, Hive OS will provide you with statistics on electricity consumption both for the entire farm and for each individual device.

Notifications in Telegram and Discord
With Hive OS you’ll always know what’s going on with your devices — this is possible thanks to the notifications that you can receive both in Telegram and Discord. What events can you receive notifications about? Critical errors, poor performance, and so on — you will be aware of all important events.

But, of course, these are not all the useful functions of Hive OS — in this article were described the most important and popular ones.

If the Contract package is in rent, the owner receives 80% (0.165 VALL) of the completed task cost by the users who do not have their own Contract packages (user with non-activated account).
Although the Сontract package in rent is just a ticket that other people use, its profit exceeds any bank deposits. Daily 0.165 VALL form 60 VALL during the year. With a package cost of 25 VALL, the annual profit is 240% or 20% per month.
You can purchase any number of Contract packages to rent.

Crypto currency Mining / 5 Hive OS Tips for large ASIC farms
« on: September 07, 2020, 02:56:21 PM »

Owners of large farms often face the same problems of how to simplify the management process. We’ve gathered five useful, but often overlooked, Hive OS functions when working with your ASICs farms.

1. Segregating your workers using farms
Many mining hotel owners or administrators of several customers prefer to segregate their user base in Hive OS by farms based on different networks or premises.

A farm is a group of workers that you combine together to aggregate a part of your devices (workers). In a farm, workers are isolated from each other, meaning each farm shows a separate general statistic like power consumption, hashrate, the number of devices with problems, etc. It is a convenient way to place individual clients or individual premises as a farm. It is also convenient to apply an action in bulk across an entire farm. For example, change wallets or pools for all devices.

In Hive OS there are different access rights for accounts. Let’s say, an administrator can have 10 farms with full access to them, and can share any farm with monitoring rights (without management) with another account. A client can receive notifications in Telegram in case their workers have problems or to check their statistics.

2. Using Tags
There are many options where tags can be used:
  • If you do not want to segregate customers using farms, then this can be done by tags instead. For example, a mining hotel has dozens of customers who have 10 ASICs, so it may be inconvenient to create dozens of farms, going into each to perform actions in bulk. If someone would need to change overclocking to all ASICs in all the farms due to a strong temperature change, they would have to change them all to the same profile one at a time as Hive OS doesn’t support bulk actions for farms. So with tags it’s possible to distinguish between different clients in the same farm, and to bulk apply actions.
  • Also, tags can be used to describe problems with hardware. For instance, “Swap fan”, “Problem with PSU”, “Replace hash board”, etc. It’s convenient for further maintenance, and accounting of problematic machines.
  • Tags can be used to mark devices with nuances for further work. “Do not overclock”, “Problem with flash” etc.

3. Statistics
Currently, there are statistics for a specific single device, or for the entire farm. Farm statistics shows a hashrate graph and a graph of the number of active devices.

The statistics of the device shows graphs of consumption, hashrate, temperature and fan speed.

All statistics can be exported to a .csv file. This allows a user to calculate the average or an exact value for any given period or even build custom charts.

Each farm displays in real-time the current hashrates, power consumption and the number of non-working devices.

4. ASICs bulk installation
There are several ways in which you can install Hive OS unto an ASIC:
  • Installation from another ASIC with SSH access.
  • Searching for all Antminer ASICs in LAN on specified ranges of addresses. When searching, a list of IPs is obtained, on which further installation will occur. The list can also be created manually, or copied from BTC Tools. If the names of workers are added to the list, they will immediately have the specified names in Hive’s web interface.
  • Bulk installation Hiveon firmware.
  • Bulk installation of the client on any Antminer via SSH access.
  • Bulk apply the farm_hash.

All installation manuals are available in our GitHub.

5. ASICs bulk actions
There are many different actions that can be performed with the ASICs in bulk. For example, overclock, flash, change the wallet/pool and receive notifications.

Through Hive’s web interface, you can select all the devices in a farm in one click or select one device at a time. Another option is to select all devices on the page in multipage mode. Further, you can perform the following actions in bulk:
  • Bulk flash devices.
  • Change the overclocking profile.
  • Apply flight sheets. Flight sheets can change the wallets and pools on your devices assuming you have different presets on different flight sheets.
  • Shutdown/reboot devices.
  • Send a command using shell.
  • Apply a watchdog.

The above-mentioned functionality will be of great help to anyone who’s managing a large number of ASICs as they provide users with tons of flexibility for just about any use case.
Don’t forget to use these helpful functions when working on your farms.
Good luck and happy mining!
