Problem #1 I have some theta on a ledger nano x viewable when using the theta wallet (ethereum-m/44'/60'/0'/0). I am unsure if it is erc20 or not but it was purchased in late 2020. I tried to send a little to Binance as a test prior to sending all of it. From what I understand if Theta is sent incorrectly as Eth it may be lost). I did not need Tfuel to send my theta to my ledger but it appears I need Tfuel to send the theta back to Binance. Where do I get tfuel efficiently without creating a new account on a different exchange and consuming many more day/weeks

Here is where it gets interesting.

Problem #2 Last week while trying to withdraw Eth from my Binance account I received the error "we have disabled withdrawals as our systems are currently undergoing maintenance"  this has gone on for 5 days and I am wondering if there is a bigger issue at hand. Note, I am able to move my other coin (BNB)

Questions; How do I send tfuel to a theta address as I believe the fees will end up going to theta?
