I think that situation will still be improving. Yea, FTO and some other smaller altcoins are rising too. The reason why FTO is growing is probably that sponsorship deal they've signed with F1 Red Bull Team and from what i know, they are preparing fork soon. Anyway, whether it comes to smaller altcoins, i always hope for the best.
