Are you talking about withdrawing points into ALTS? If so, see here:

Bare in mind that negative karma will reduce your points when withdrawing, and you need 10,000 points minimum in order to withdraw.

Karma :
-1 = -600 points
-2 = -1400 points
-3 = - 2400 points
-4 = - 4000 points

Your current strike can also block your tokens from being withdrawn and is therefore recommended to have it removed:

Actually I don't really know the full procedures for withdrawal and that's because I have not withdrawn before but I believe that before you can withdraw you need to have a minimum of 10,000 points

You can withdraw your coins in Binance exchange wallet if it listed on Binance. Or others exchanges if listed. Others wallet researving and withdraw fees are very very high.
