According to an independent company study I read yesterday (sorry I can't find the link), Bitcoin has already bottomed out and should go up from now on. The market rise may be slow and have certain falls, but theoretically and according to this study the falls would be minimal. panic does not solve the problem because that is not the main way that can be done there is still a lot that can be done, like what you do with staking, of course it is also good to do, but you have to make sure that the coin you are staking is convincing.

Great strategy, but I think it's a long term investment strategy, as I predict that we are now in a bear market and that Bitcoin and altcoins prices will dip more in the next two or three years, I predict that the bulls will come back after the next halving.
