what you say is true and I totally agree, determining bullish or bearish is not easy. but summing up what will happen, when it comes to bitcoin I can assure you there is nothing to fear we need to do. you just buy and hold it at any price, that in time the price will beyond again, it will happen every 4 years.
but as for altcoins, I can't conclude at all and it could be for some time it disappears from the stock market or even increases.
