We need to stop scammer by education

You should not waste time thinking that you can stop corruption or scams if you have enough knowledge. Because day by day scams are changing in different forms or different types. A few days ago I saw the issue of student coins. Where the value of their currency was good enough.

Maybe regulation will reduce scammers but I don't think It will happen in crypto currency.
We all know crypto is anonymous.
I don't think how about way to stop scammers, Because I think scammers will always be there.
Scammers are smart people , that have bad attitude.
Always seek way to scam other.
