I think market is going down day by day its not time to buy bitcoin and other coins market is bearish its time to wait for 20k after that buy any coin will give you good profit in future will gives you 100x in future.

I don't fully understand what you mean by "cash it back"? You mean to say you don't know how to sell your Bitcoin into fiat money? We already have so many exchanges both known and not-so-known and most of them can deal with your Bitcoin, as long as you have access to the wallet where the Bitcoin is. In many cases, the seller of Bitcoin can also be a buyer but at the price the seller is dictating...and at the ongoing dip it would be wiser to wait for some weeks or even months to realize some possible profits.

I've never heard of that platform but if you can make a deposit then you can make withdrawals, you can send a link in this thread of the transactions you made or contact the support team of the platform if you have problems making trades and withdrawals.
My advice is to use an exchange like Binance and make P2P transactions easily and safely
