Nothing particularly interesting. Most likely the price was already included in this news. On Fomo, they raised the price from 16,000 to 40,000 to make it scary to buy. And then the scripted acceptance of the bitcoin ETF. Ideally, next should be the adoption of ETF-ETH. (My understanding).

Not really. Approval of ETFs didn't cause any major rally and the price stayed flat (as all was already priced in). One of the trading rules go something like: "if good news don't cause the price to go up, bad news will make it go down". And you can't ask for any better news than the approval.
So all the speculators who "bought the rumour to sell the news" are now keeping their fingers on the trigger and many start selling, which I think we might be witnessing right now with BTC dropping to £43.5k and if we get any bad news, the dump will accelerate.

It's simple. The approval of ETFs was already priced in. Many speculators went with the "buy the rumours, sell the news" tactic. They were buying as soon as applications for ETFs were filed with the intention to sell when they were approved. And that's exactly what's happening now.
The ETFs will have a positive effect on the price (potentially very significant), but we won't be seeing it immediately, it will be spread over time.

I think positively (at least I try to). In general, we have been duped (filigree) and for the umpteenth time. I wouldn't be surprised if they lower the price and say "you know, bitcoin is too volatile and insecure". Note, even with posts on social network X you can crash 1 cryptocurrency.

No, the approved application cannot be rejected. SEC could force an ETF to close (or more likely impose penalties on whoever is running it) if they stop complying with the rules and regulations.
Anyhow ETFs are already trading and the revenue was allegedly $4.6 billion in the first day as per Reuters:

To be honest, it's been almost a decade since there's been rejection every time there's been a Bitcoin spot ETF. And many almost entire communities are also expecting highs here in this spot, etc. The only mistake of others who expected high prices in Spot etf when approved is that the price value of Bitcoin will rise immediately.

But that's not what happened; instead, if we look at the same day that the Bitcoin spot Etf was approved, it seems like the Bitcoin price didn't react like that in the market; it even dropped even more today, around 42k$ more, which means that Bitcoin is really hard to read in which direction its market value is going.

Gary Gensler is a man who knows everything in advance and makes big decisions. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets arrested for insider trading. Understand, it is to absolutely no one's advantage that everyone makes money here. There is a statistic for a reason that out of 100% only 10% manage to make a profit. And this is not a joke.

The recovery of the $16k journey happen own it own and then to $23k, that was when Microstrategy came in and bought more in those area before the price when to $32k which was technically a retracement of the all time high before it came down to $25k, it was there for a long time before the price was move by the ETF applications SEC was receiving from different money managers and then to the Euphoria brought us where we are right now.

Right now, the ETF is Price in; any news that is coming about ETF will not do any more moves for Bitcoin except for the Bitcoin halving that everyone is expecting it to happen which is less than 3 month to come, then if we have new positive news about bitcoin, it will surely set a new record for all time that everyone is expecting.

As for the SEC, they betrayed what everyone was expecting as a bullish news for Bitcoin but whether they like it or not, Bitcoin will grow with or without them because the world doesn't revolve round the US, tomorrow Russia might change it policy regarding bitcoin and its going to be a blast for Bitcoin adoption.

Yes, the news of the Bitcoin ETF was actually a fake news, unfortunately the SEC Account was compromised and the approval may be delayed, but I think wether SEC approve Bitcoin ETF or not, Bitcoin is able to absord any outcome. I am sure the Halvimg event may play a huge role on the market prices.

Yeah , many people hope after ETF approved bitcoin price will go up.
But we should face the reality.
Current bitcoin price is drop and For now touch $ 39K.
ImThe prediction is going wrong.
But we should buy more, It's low price and suitable to buy if we still  have fund.
Bitcoin is always volatile.
I also hope bitcoin will increase after halving in April this year.

While the Bitcoin market rallied slightly after the news of the Bitcoin ETF approval, the Bitcoin market has only begun to decline since the approval of the Bitcoin ETF. However, the decrease in the Bitcoin market has increased the interest of investors to invest. I myself have become ready to invest in Bitcoin because I know that the Bitcoin Bull Market will begin within a few months of the Bitcoin Halving. Since the market will dump a bit before the bitcoin halving I think the dumping before the bitcoin halving is the present signal of the current dumping tie. Maybe we won't have the opportunity to buy bitcoins so cheap later so I would say those who have the money to buy bitcoins can buy bitcoins from this dumping market because you may not get this opportunity again later.
