Should i continue to invest?

Continuing to invest is different than continuing to hold. I'm personally not putting any extra money in at the moment, mainly because I think the market as a whole is going to drop further before it recovers. I will continue to invest, but it's on pause till I start to see some sustained growth. Have enough invested already to maintain interest, and may make occasional trades to build current investments.

If I look at the red market, I will not invest for now. I will only hold the coins in hand and sell coins when the price has risen. Because selling coins is also not the best solution because prices are still very bad.
