据Bitcoinmagazine消息，由于缺乏严肃行动来应对以太坊诈骗机器人等因素，比特币支持者长期对Twitter保持不满。

最近，由于Twitter删除Infowars及其创始人Alex Jones发布的内容，且未有合理解释，大量比特币支持者终于转而使用Mastodon。

Mastodon是一个去中心化的社交网络，具有与Twitter类似的功能。与Twitter不同的是，Mastodon缺乏集中监督，用户可设置自己的规则。
