北师大博士赵鹞：发展中国家应高度重视数字稳定代币相关风险

10月15日消息，据财新网消息，北京师范大学金融学博士赵鹞发文表示，对于发展中国家无论是否存在外汇管制，国际环境与外汇市场的剧烈波动使得虚拟货币已经成为对冲本币贬值风险甚至本国资金外逃的渠道与工具，并完全脱离监管，甚至有着民间美元化的潜力，这无疑成为一些发展中大国的新的金融风险源头。
