If you want to choose: "HODLING or DAY TRADING" which one?

It does not have to be one or the other. I would suggest to learn the skills in both holding and trading. You can maximize your earning in both areas. For me, there are conditions when holding is a good option and there are also conditions where trading is the better option.

I choose the HODL everytime. Trading sometimes can be more risky rather than HODL. But, still we have to know when will sell. Timing is the most important thing.

I would always prefer to hold because always long term investment will give more profit than short term. Now the price is not good and there is no good sign for price increase. But don't get confused and panic just hold on the price will have huge growth in future.

I love day trading, but I have a couple of coins that I hold for a long time. This coins are worth to hold because its promising. Day trading is exciting to do. To survive in bear market, I have no choice to do daily trading. I choose some altcoins on coinmarketcap that are possible to rise in short time, even the raise is not really significant. I agree. Day trading requires time and concentration else you experience losses instead of profit. Holding requires minimum effort and I will still get profit which is a win win situation for me.

Hodling is essential especially when the market is not good. I may choose to sell in a bad market only i i need cash urgently for something,aside that i hold doing red markets. Day trading is good if you got alot of coins at your disposal or when the market is green

Except you have trading skills and can withstand the pressure of day trading, I won't advise you indulge in it. A lot of traders aren't even day traders, some are position traders, this is because day trading is so tasking and risky. Hodling on the other hand does not require so much except for knowledge of which coins to buy and information surrounding them. When to buy and when to sell and for how long to hodl
