As a trader i do have this at times, i think the only thing that you can do is to calm yourself down by not executing revenge trade and act on impulse keep telling yourself market is always there you are not gambling, i am investing i cannot buy out of nowhere.

When I saw the revenge trade statement I could not help but laugh...sorry about that. But the truth is, it takes maturity not to engage in revenge trade.

It takes training to achieve this, this kind of skills will not just come that, self-control is one of the much skill when trading, I learned self-control from poker so ya I learned it from the best, all I can say is that you need experience and training, this skill can not just be gained from reading or from someone telling you what to do.
