From the list you mentioned above, of course Ethereum is the best and everything else is the same. Ethereum is Altcoin which has tremendous popularity, and Ethereum is the most widely used Cryptocurrency platform by the new Crypto project. 
Thus Ethereum is increasingly phenomenal and is increasingly being used.  With tremendous popularity, Ethereum's opportunity to get high scores is huge.

Actually I am not really sure about the future of Ethereum but I think it is still the best altcoins till now. It has a plan to launch Ethereum 2.0 and I think it is a good chance for Ethereum investors/holders to see the potential of big rising in Ethereum price. Just hope it will happen!
