As for me, I haven't traded in a while and my port also increased just by staking tokens on different platforms. Some are still sitting idle in my personal wallet but their value also increased thanks to ETH and BNB reaching new ATHs weekly/monthly.

From very good experience, I've come to agree with you, holding is the is the best way to make good money in crypto, there are some who claim that traders make more money than holders but I believe this is a very big fat lie, I've traded and I've held, and I can honestly confirm that holding is absolutely the way to become filthy rich in money in crypto, Ive mishandled or should I say mismanaged a lot of opportunities I had to make really good money, by not holding, but now, I've learnt from this mistakes and have become a holder's guys.

A very interesting question about these two assets. On the one hand, bnb is growing very well now, on the other hand, we do not know what the ethereum update will bring. Not everyone will agree with you. There are many people who are confident that the current rise in the price of the token is only a temporary phenomenon and will soon fall. Personally, I hardly believe this, but this is a cryptocurrency, anything can be here.

TLM was only worth $0.2 before it was featured in Binance. As always, the price has been spiked before you get on Binance.
After the expected "crash" the price is still twice as high as it was before Binnce started.
