Karma is your merit if you can post good quality and if your post is informative enough then members from a senior member and above can give you karma. But karma is both positive and negative. If you post outside the rules and if your post is not constructive you can get negative karma but positive karma is used more than negative karma in forums. You are getting negative karma means your post was not constructive and you posted outside the rules and then you should be careful and try to post constructively next time.

To make it simple, some are available already for you to just pick from the comments section right above the typing space, if you're not satisfied with them, you should also be able to get some as well from your keyboard as you're typing, I don't think it's something that difficult to have especially when you're not only going to make use of them only on a post, many don't often uses them base on my understanding.
Since there are easy ways to add images to forums why take the hard way instead of the easy way to add images to forums. If you enter the photo uploader or Imgur and extract the link of the specific photo, go to the specific option of the forum and paste it, but the photo will be visible in the forum. I think this is a very easy way to make images visible in forums and everyone should be advised to add images to forums in this easy way.

I don't know how hunting after bounties is a full time for some people, maybe they have been used to it anyway, but am not still convince about how rewarding bounties have been to many of its hunters, even though despite they were aware that some of these bounties resulted to scam, because they are not rewarding and fails as the project remained unsuccessful, if we are interested in doing counties, we should not solely base on them alone, we can attached other investment aside bounties to help us have higher earning opportunities.
Even though we work regularly on the Bounti campaign, we still have enough time each day to do other things. We should not waste this time and do something else during this time so that our source of income will increase as well as our income will increase. You may be satisfied with the amount of payment you are getting every week or every month through bounty but if you work a little harder you can earn twice as much. There are many hearing about bitcoin in cryptocurrency and couldn't differentiate from what it means to other cryptos, even though its never a thing of doubt that in cryptocurrency, the next after bitcoin is Ethereum which is altcoin, that doesn't equate them under the same category or value, we can know more from their respective market capitalization and PoW or PoS which vividly differentiate them from each other
so what is the answer or your choice? maybe best to invest in bitcoin and ethereum together?
