It is simple. Cryptocurrency has brought some form of financial freedom to those that engage in it and those government of the countries that are still restricting their citizens from trading crypto truly just wants that total control over them as they believe that access to cryptocurrency will make the people less dependent on the government and they the government won't be able to track all financial transactions of the people.

Because at the beginning crypto currency launched, there are many FUD.
Negative issue, has been blocked at several countries, illegal claim etc.
I think It's the reason why many people doubted before now.
That's normal, every struggling , we will see the victory.

Many people did not believe in bitcoin because the bitcoin rate was too low. I bought bitcoin at $ 3800 when that was the price of bitcoin. Today the price of bitcoin is over 60 thousand dollars. Where is the benefit that you would buy. It cannot be returned, like the days when the price of bitcoin was paltry.

The country which are not legalize it they actually not know about crypto. So that they need to know about it before the world growing fast into it. What is the thing made them think not to legalize it i nver find any valid reason. They even don't know how they are currency become valueless in day by day.so need to approve it go through with the smart world. It will be a good discission for them who already banned it.

Cryptocurrency is more likely to be approved in every country in the world. Hopefully cryptocurrency will be approved in most countries around the world. The proliferation of cryptocurrencies around the world has grown exponentially. Cryptocurrency is already being used by users in different countries in every sector. So once upon a time cryptocurrency could not be controlled by any country's government even if it wanted to. So we should think positively about cryptocurrency.

In my opinion, the reason the government does not accept Cryptocurrency is because it will interfere with the use of Fiat currency in their country, as we know, when the number of requests for Fiat decreases, the price will go down because the number of transactions is getting smaller.

The other thing is transparency, actually the government can regulate and make applications with KYC and they are verified like exchange wallets, but the main reason is, the corrupt will not want and agree to do this, because they are still around and want to take real advantage of the traditional payment

Because they didnt have konwledge and  always heard negative issue about crypto currency. So many people doubted crypto before now.
But for now,  We saw many people already liked crypto and invested in crypto currency.

IMO, at first, the main reason is they don't have any knowledge and complete understanding of the technology-driven industry, crypto is still young even today still many people are saying it was a fraud because it has not back with something, and that's understandable because those people are not familiar with the crypto industry. while some governments that were against the proliferation of cryptocurrency particularly China has their own motives so we cannot do anything about it.

Back then, people do not have full understanding of cryptocurrency and many find it hard to believe that something that only exist online can be worth anything. However, as time goes on, many things happened that lead to many to change their conviction on Bitcoin and the rest of the cryptocurrency club. Still, we have not yet fully arrived as there are still many things on hold especially on the questions of regulations, legalization and taxation.

Many country still restrict crypto currency because crypto is a decentralized finance that has no control to the government. This is how the citizen convert their fiat to crypto and transfer them where ever they want . This is how they avoid tax problem and you know without tax, our government cant do anything. Anyway, also ther has few reason why country keep banning bitcoin . But this is not a big problem. Sooner or  later all country will accept it.

Many countries are restricting cryptocurrency for 2 major reasons 1. Fraud control- Many undeveloped country government believe that making money on internet is most fraudulent, like internet scam and are doing everything possible to curtail such.
2. Tax: many government find it difficult to generate or extract taxes from cryptocurrency users since it doesn't pass directly through them.
