Was opening altcoinstalks but I had a problem because the forum could not be accessed because of the statement "Connection problem" I don't know if this is my connection is bad but after checking it's normal even opening other forums works normally.

So this is my first time experiencing something like this even though it was not long and now it is working normally again, it is like in the description it cannot connect to the database or the server is busy.

So this is not a DDOS attack? Or just a little technical problem?

It could be the latter as I don't remember this forum getting attacked like that. Based on the admin's previous replies on chats and threads, he has been working to make the forum easier to browse for new members (including teleported). He probably had to make the website inaccessible during that time to save major changes.

It could be server issue, i don't know the specific type of server this forum uses but it could be just lower specs and needed upgrade to accommodate more users.
I stayed here at least 2-3 hours but so far i never experienced such downtime.

@salad daging I don't think what happened to you was due to a DDoS attack. DDoS attacks typically last for days, depending on the attackers' resources. As @Zed0X said, it is probably a specific failure of a few minutes due to the work and changes that the administrator is making. If the error appears as “Connection Problem” without showing anything about SMF error, then the problem is on your end. check your connection procedures. However, if it is like a screenshot, the problem is most likely that the manager made some updates to the database and waiting a little will solve the problem.
