I wanted to teleport  my bitcointalk account to here, username is Goombas. same as here.

as examplens said in a previous post, it is always preferable to put the BitcoinTalk user ID here, this makes things much easier for the administrator by not having to search by username.

You're right, I didn't realize it yesterday while I was searching for his profile. The administrator will not do anything with the account, since the minimum rank to teleport is Member. I guess the only thing the user can do is opt for the Rank Express option.

you have done everything correctly, but as you can read in previous posts, accounts with such a low rank do not teleport, since you have only been registered in BitcoinTalk for 4 days. Since you are a Copper member there, the best thing you can do is use Rank Express on this forum. You decide what to do.

Admin sorry but I thought jnr member were being teleported before but why the sudden stop of teleporting jnr member I guess teleporting now start from full member to higher rank I guess so right. 
Has Jnr member ranks participating in any kind of activities that are not proper for the forum maybe not abiding by some rules or something of such.

For some time now, only accounts with the rank of Member or higher have been teleported. Lower accounts don't teleport because it doesn't really make much sense, since reaching that rank only requires a few hours and little interaction on the forum. I don't quite understand your last question, but if you mean that Jnr Members can participate in any activity on the forum, the answer is yes, they just have to follow the rules, like all users.
