Making profits during bearish season?

In the world of Crypto it is seen that the bull season is always the expectations of all users both Investors and trader having comprehending that it is a season of the green candles, a period of uptrend and crypto assets tends to reach a new ATH during this period.
It is obvious that this season is embodied with profit making both for traders and investors and I guess it's the season we are now....

No it is not obvious for everyone to make profit in bull season even because they trade in bad tokens with low caps in hope to gain more profit if volume increases but most of them dump and some lose money by following others and giving them money to trade for them and some lose money in futures.

On the other hand, we see the opposite which is the bearish season... A time of down trend, a period where the market reduces in price as a result of different factors related to the Crypto market, a period where the price of crypto assets most likely reaches an ATL experiencing a price dump.

On this note, is it only during the bullish season that Investors/traders make profits from the market???
Or there is a tendency of also making profits during the season of the bears.....

Profit and loss both can be made in both season and do not measure BTC cycle only in two trends because there is an accumulation phase distribution phase and a trough phase. In the consolidation phase it is very hard to make a profit.
