I have refused making any transactions because the fees are too high, today the fees went as low as

low priority: 28 sat/vB  $2.65

Medium Priority:  34 sat/vB  $3.22

High Priority: 42 sat/vB  $3.98

But I am still waiting because the tx fee is very unstable and it can take just a moment for the High priority fee to become the No Priority fee. I do not want my tx to be stuck.

Due to High transaction fees a newbie investor can decide to hodl in exchanges which may later end up becoming an action that they will regret.

They are not closed - it's just that they have reduced the amount of free accelerator they now accept which has made it very difficult for you to see one to use.
I just went to their site and they can see that they had four spots open for free acceleration. (The image below was taken few minutes before I made my post, you can check the time on it for verification).

I sent out payment from my wallet for the past 5 days now there is no confirmation that has been made, though tried to used viabtc accelerator but says fee is too low that can't be accelerated. So now, how much long do i need to wait longer before confirmation to my wallet.

Always check mempool before you make transactions to avoid situations like this. If your Tnx is bigger in size and the fees is low Viabtc will not accelerate it for free.

Upon acceptance into the campaign, you are obligated to provide a free review ? This is a commendable strategy by the campaign manager. However, mempool is currently congested and may become even more so in the future. With 70-80Sats($8), you can get into the next block.

I am also surprised for this matter. I also made a transaction two days ago and it was 11 sat/vB $3.78 yet the transaction was stucked so I had to bumped the fee to make it faster and immediately I bumped the fee the transaction just confirmed instantly without wasting of time. And  when I also tried to use the viabtc, but it said, I cannot used it unless the paid service and the free service is not available so  I left it and bumped my fee. And this congestion is the one that affecting bitcoin and making people to divert to another coins networks.

Yeah for quick payment usdt-trc20 or bsc-usdt is more faster than using bitcoin, in fact i won't even encouraged anyone to start using bitcoin to make out mini payments especially amount ranging from 30$ below, because the fee to use and send out this payment will be equivalents to the amount one is sending out. If there were to be more bitcoin left in that wallet i could had bump the fee but this no way, it has spent about 5 days now without still confirming.

That should be around 10 sat/byte which is required by the accelerator. Also make sure that the transaction is not more than 500 bytes. Also make sure that the transaction is not having unconfirmed parents. The free accelerator is still working.

Yeah, you are correct at @Charles-Tim I tried using the viabtc accelerator with a transaction less than 19 sat/vbyte and it didn't work after my transaction has been pending for about 5 days what I did was to change network to another network through my electrum wallet. The transaction dropped to local and I then delete to have another transaction which I then further to increase the transaction fee to 30 sat/vbyte and then used to accelerator it works fine not up-to 10 minute it was then moved to next block for confirmation, understand 15 minutes my payment was confirmed to the next wallet were I sent it.

Okay thanks I will try the way you said. When I was trying to use it I didn't think of any sat or vbyte and I only put the transaction ID and clicked accelerate and it didn't work so I left it. But will it work in the halving time that the fee is very high? Because this morning when I wanted to make a transaction of $6 from Electrum and the transaction fee was $85.8 so I canceled the transaction. So I was thinking if it would work in the Viabtc accelerator.

You canceled the transaction or you did not make the transaction? Because to cancel transaction on Electrum means different thing entirely. It means to send the coin back to another address on your wallet with higher fee. But I think you mean you did not make the transaction.

The free acceleration is congested right now but check it immediately after the next hour. I have used it several times and it is working.
