The only thing I experienced with staking was the BSW platform, because at that time the APY offered was pretty good, but after that, I didn't try again. But there are other Dex platforms I see in these instances that I think look okay.

At the time of my knowledge update to January 2022, Aave (AAVE) was not a token generally used for staking in the classic sense. Aave is better known as a lending and borrowing protocol in the DeFi (Decentralized Finance) space. Traditional staking generally involves depositing tokens into a blockchain network to support network operations and receiving rewards in the form of additional tokens.

However, Aave has another feature called “staked Aave” (stkAAVE) that deals with liquidity mining. This involves users depositing AAVE and receiving “staked AAVE” as a token that they can use to earn a portion of the protocol fees.

I would not advise you to get involved with wave tokens, last time those who invested in it all stayed with zero, they did not buy it back and it was constantly moving down, only those who got it for free in the form of airdrop earned, maybe something has changed, but I do not think that their greed can change and they will not support it with liquidity.
