I had this experience sometime ago, on 31st May this year, I noticed close to $500 in Fantom USD sent to an unknown wallet, which is have never used. And this transaction happened after I bridged the USD from BSC to Fantom.  I know I didn't initiate it. I corresponded with Multichain(which I usd for the bridge) but of course they denied it. And I didn't input my private keys or mnemonics on any sites with that wallet
Who knows what must have happened? And how can I prevent it. I have since abandoned the wallet

I think it would be safe to say that you already lost that $500 value of FTM for good. In the past many years, there is that growing number of people who experience the same and I think this got something to do with the flaws of the wallet you are in and its connection with other platforms...this time with you a multichain bridge. I am just wondering...does your wallet have a password and that password is required to make the transaction go through?

Recently I always think what if the developers are the responsible of doing things we don't like to think. Of course they can easily pass the blame to justified themselves and protect the integrity of their project. Very unfortunate for supporters who took good care of their wallets by doing nothing just to protect. Then here comes the trying to do transaction and boom failed yet the assets vanished.
Then reported the case but the answer is very unfortunate.

If the transaction fee is lower/ cheap. I think before we do big amount in transaction we do try first the small one to make sure everything will go smoothly. Just for assurance so we can avoid sudden embarrassing moment. It is very difficult for you mate. I hope you will recover your asset in someways.

Its metamask and it uses password.  But i just connect the wallet to Multichain whenever I want to do a chain swap. I don't submit my mnemonics or private keys in any of the transaction. So I am still puzzled how that fund was transferred til now

I don't think you understand, mate. The transaction was carried out without my authorization. I didn't send it to anyone. I checked out the wallet, and it was a strange one. I have never transacted with it before. I have pegged it to one of the strange tales of crypto and move on. It don't use that wallet for any transactions

This is an unusual movement in your wallet and you did not initiate this transaction. I would suggest you create a new wallet and don't use this wallet again to avoid any loses further. If you don't have antivirus in your system buy it and run it on your system to check if is there any virus or keylogger in your system.

Your wallet has been hacked and the decision to move all the assets you have in the wallet is correct, its hard to avoid hacking when you are using a hot wallet, if you are using a hardware wallet it probably won't happen because I also experienced the same thing, $200 USD in the wallet My trustwallet suddenly sent USDT tokens without any order from me.

Please check the transaction history of your address, if there are transactions that you do not conduct, your address has been hacked. You should stop using that address, create a new one and use it more carefully.
There is no way to reverse a transaction on the blockchain, no one can help you.
