Do you think it's stupid decision selling cryptocurrency?

It is not stupid to sell your top coins. It depends on the individual strategy of trading coins or tokens. Some people sell to rebuy at a lower price to get more coins or tokens and even invest in new vibrant projects.

Cryptocurrency is not meant to be collected. This market is more like the stock and securities market. The main thing here is to buy low and sell high, as in any market. It is not a fact that even a significant part of cryptocurrencies will grow in price over time. Therefore, if we get a good profit from some cryptocurrency, then it is better to fix this profit. I have regretted more than once that I did not sell my coins and tokens on time.

If you never sell your coins/tokens, or part of it, you will never make a profit, I think it comes down to having a percentage for everything when it comes to cryptocurrencies and FIAT, we all need money to live. Holding our cryptocurrencies for many years, letting a bull run go by is not good either, we may need the money during a bear market and that would get us into trouble. That's why I always think it's better to have an open mind when we have good opportunities.

There will come a point where you will want to sell your coins so remember the golden rule, ‘buy low, sell high’ which is important. You cannot hold them forever. Mentally prepare and scan the market carefully so you don’t make any wrong moves.

That is a decision that only you should make. Sometimes the best we can do is do nothing, especially when we're not sure when values will stop falling. Personally I just watch the market, I haven't sold anything and I don't think I will. Everyone will tell you that the fund is at different prices, that's why I never hear someone "totally sure" of something that nobody can know, I prefer to wait and continue looking for projects that really innovate in the industry, those are the ones that have a future.

After seeing todays huge dump people scared and feared about crypto, bitcoin made new 52 week low of 20950$ and recovered a little and trading above 22400$. Bitcoin corrected over 70% from its 52 week high of 68789$, and not only bitcoin all coins dumped almost over 80% from its 52 week highs. So I think its stupid decision to sell your crypto at very cheap and lower levels rather that to hold it. Even thought market corrected continuously a lot from last few days I will do buying good coins in parts, because its full chance of good bounce bank from this level.

I agree with you. Right now the crypto market in more bearish. In such a situation, selling your currencies is not the right decision. Due to the recession of bitcoin, all top coins are flowing in the flow of bitcoin. Perhaps, it could be so. people planning. That , they sells their lowest currency and invests in top currency (like bitcoin and ethereum).

In decentralized exchange platforms holding or staking crypto can be exceptionally profitable as it gives the opportunity to gain additional profits such as governance tokens or profits from gas fees. Thus in some of them, it is wiser to stake the tokens and not trade them.

Ethereum and any altcoin won´t do any sustainable gains in this environment. Personally, I´m bullish on it longterm, and I think most of us are. look at this moment as an opportunity,  when its up people be like damn i wish i bought it low. time to dca

selling coins at low prices is not a good way but you have to know that sometimes everyone is in need of money to buy their interests so they are forced to sell their assets at low prices. unless you are not in need of money then it is better not to sell it at a cheap price.

I think crypto currency is good for long term investment. When yhe market demand is low, Hold is the best way.

Yes long term investment in cryptocurrencies is needed to getting large of money, couples years ago i have made stupid desicions will selling all of my ethereum around 150 ETH in $3 and we know how much the ethereum's price now, but right now i have made investment in some alternative coins for long term, i don't want make same mistake again in the future.

Really? 150 ETH you bought it at below 3$ and you sell it at this price, am I right to my understanding? I could even imagine how huge amount of money you have now if you become more patience and you hold that 150 ETH unti it become the price now, surely your a rich man Sir. And one more thing, may I know what crypto now that you are holding it in the long term?

Selling cryptocurrencies is totally up to you. No one can decide it but yourself. Whether if you sell at a loss or HODL until it got no liquidity or a rug pull event, that's on you too. But for me, it depends on many factors and circumstances if we choose to sell them or not. Every cryptocurrency has a different roadmap and it changes from time to time, so we might not know what will happen next in the price movement. We just have to be ready for it though.
