Taking a walk at night would help me calm myself and also relieve me of some thoughtful stress while feeling the environment and having a good breath of the gentle fresh night breeze.

Writing is what I do most times and I do write here by reading posts replies and comments to also contribute my opinion by writing as well and the other is doing research because as at then, it would all mean a breakout things for me as I would want to see more options to survival which involves me doing a further research and findings to see more opportunities out there for me to explore.

Parang nagpatong patong yung nangyari ngayon na biglang dump dahil din siguro ito sa FED meeting.

there could be a condition for adding these stablecoins though. from what i have read on some posts was that tether and circle may want control over the stablecoins in the cardano which they can freeze if they need to. if charles doesn't approve something like this i guess is preventing to compromise decentralization of ADA?

this was the dealings i have heard on some L1 projects actually that's why they have stablecoin in them and their prices goes up.

Если говорить о дешевках (5-10 баков за вериф), то с таким акком можно распрощаться в случае блокировки. Так что считайте его расходником.
Если нужны акки с гарантией, то это стоит намного дороже, но в случае запроса дополнительной информации (разблокировки и т.п.), можно рассчитывать на помощь, либо возврат средств.
Почти идеальна схема выглядит примерно так:
покупаете акк с гарантией, продавец вносит депозит на счет эскроу, в рамках которого Вы и ведете сделки на бирже, чтобы в случае проблем, можно было рассчитывать на депозит замороженный на счете эскроу.

Но это очень дорого стоит и есть нюансы. Имхо, проще взять простой акк, пробивать по AML каждый раз при депозите, юзать хотя бы впн с ip похожим на тот, откуда вериф, и естественно не гонять на такой акк суммы, которые было бы критично потерять.

That's a pretty bad news for the crypto users of the Russia. I don't really think that such type of ban could have any kind of problem for the global crypto users. Such news won't cause any market problems at all, because it's already quite hard to purchase Bitcoin in Russia and now they're totally banning it and that's going to be somewhat problematic for their own citizens.
