If the real estate owner's agreed to pay the rent with bitcoin or other crypto coin. the more people adopt this kind of payment and more people tend to be conscious about how great this technology be used as convenient and in a way it can be a cashless transaction.

It is not something easy to be able to accept the purchase of a house or anything using bitcoin, because if the recipient does not know how fast the price changes will occur when receiving bitcoin as payment, it could be a predetermined calculation in a matter of hours and can change its value.

Its not as easy as you think everybody is not comfortable paying rent in Bitcoin. Some are afraid to use bitcoin there are many reasons why its not in the mainstream. Its good for investment I agree but the common man afraid of using bitcoin because we know once we lost the key or seed phrase our BTC will be lost forever on the other hand hacking of accounts is also a reason as it is decentralized we can not recover the account. On the contrary, I believe in some years we will see people start paying rents in BTC. There should be a friendly environment for BTC and the common man should not be afraid of using bitcoin but transaction fees should also be in control if we really want to see people use it in daily life or paying rent in BTC. No doubt it will prove to be a good method.

Sometimes, a country doesn't legalize Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies as payment transactions, like in my country. So, it will be only fit certain countries only maybe

My country is still far behind in crypto revolution it still illegal in our country so we need many more years to adopt crypto. I am waiting for a time when most of the world will get decentralized and use Blockchain technology on every step of life. But for now we have to wait and keep support crypto and Blockchain

if I have fiat currencies and Bitcoin available, then in any case, I will choose payment in fiat currency, since I will give Bitcoin a chance to grow at least twice this year, which will bring me a profit. Yes, I think bitcoin is a good payment method for payment rents, if bitcoin has been accepted.
But I think We need government support to use this coin for payment methods.
Maybe at the next several years again.

Unfortunately cryptocurrencies not allow In my country. My government and central bank can't permit cryptocurrencies as payments systems. Sometimes governments put jail to holders or user who use cryptocurrencies as transactions.
