I can’t say that it’s safe nor unsafe, depends on the goal and mindset of the investor. If your goal is just to profit short-term, then I can’t say it’s safe because the market is volatile and cannot be predicted easily as we always expect the unexpected. However, if you see Stellar-Lumens as a long-term project and just cared less about the price (treating your money as “dead”), then I can say that you go for it then.

Personally I believe ADA is heaven sent, the best investment in any market. An investor has to consider thier startegy here (technical analysis dosen't apply to crypto). Is your strategy based on road maps, accreditation, social media presence, demand, architecture? - ADA has all of that. The fatal flaw here is that ADA is a direct compeitior with ETH, winning that fight is far fetch any way you look at it.
