Is Polkadot the next competitor of Ethereum?

Polkadot is not yet a competitor to Ethereum. In some aspects it improves it, in others it far exceeds it, but it is still not trusted by many developers who have trusted Ethereum for years. That cannot be won in a few months, no matter how good the project is. If both projects were the same age, the fight to be number 1 would be incredible, but Ethereum is still winning today.

I also agree with you that Polkadot has not yet become a competitor to Etherium. Although Polkadot's project is good and moving very fast, I believe Polkadot will have to wait a long time to become an Ethereum competitor. Because the fidelity and acceptability of etherium is still higher than that of Polkadot.

Still PolkaDOT isn't a competitor of Ethereum at all but we can't drop the possibility in the near future or longer future. Already it has drawn huge attention of the investors, project developers, token developers and many crypto lovers. Now there is only 9x difference between Ethereum and DOT by marketcap but DOT will have to do a lot of proofs to minimize this gaap.

Yes i am agree to you that if polkadot team perform continue  then polkadot can be competitor of ETH. Now ETH transaction is very expansive, so difficult to sent any erc-20 token to other wallet.now this is become a big problem for ETH supporters. I hope polkadot takes the chance of it. Let's see

I never think that DOT will beat ETH as ETH team also very much active in market. They have come with ETH 2.0 new version and i think when it will full launch price will be too much high that we did not see before. I hope ETH will be ranking one of all altcoins.

TBH, i also wish for that , but it's possible for polkadot or others to be ranking on as nothing is impossible into crypto. As for now, polkadot is on hype as more and more development is going on parachain. Lets see what happen next as alt market is more bullish than January.

In my opinion polkadot will never be the next competitor of ethereum because the circulation supply is 114,554,327 eth where the circulation supply of 907,342,012 DOT is not similar at all. On the other hand ethereum has a strong team which are trying there best in developing their position.

I think Polkadot is not a competitor of Ethereum now. Cause Ethereum created it’s strong position in crypto market and it’s team always trying to do best in developing their position. But  in near future polkadot beat ethereum, I personally hope that. Because, in short time it’s creat a great position in every crypto lover's and investors's heart.

Of all the coins after the DeFi project, polkadot is one of my favorite coins. Again, Ethereum's position is far ahead of that of Bitcoin. So hopefully the future will be the same as polkadot etharium.
