Every country has a good goal for the welfare of its people, I think el savador will succeed in adopting Bitcoin as legal and usable money in their country, everyone knows Bitcoin and Bitcoin have Blockchain currently being developed.

If you asked to me about this president, I think It's awesome.
Elsavador has adopted bitcoin as their payment method.
It will have good effect for bitcoin and altcoin at their countries and will influence to  other countries, if elsavador success to do it.
Hopefully all countries will addopt bitcoin and altcoins, the future technology must be addopted, If you didn't want to miss out.

I agree with you. Bitcoin is not a test for El Salvador, El Salvador is a test for Bitcoin.
