Hi, who can write me an application that will control my metrics in SMS and E-mail marketing?
What do you mean? We are talking about the progress of EOS blockchain and any other related with EOS such as
Dan Larimer Interview: EOS 2.0, Voice Launch, EOSVM, WebAuthn, WebAssembly.

Ivan On Tech managed to interview Dan Larimer on his Youtube Channel, about EOS 2.0, Voice Launch, EOSVM and WebAuthn.

They recommend everyone to watch the interview, as it clarifies many questions and doubts that have arisen since B1June.

Watch the interview:

NodeONE is launching the EOS Vote Tracker.

NodeONE recently announced the EOS Vote Tracker, a tool in which the EOS community can easily view and track changing voting trend in EOS mainnet. Users can use the EOS Vote Tracker to gain a perspective of voting trends for producers, proxies, and individual voters.

The tool was originally developed by EOS Mediterranean, but due to the bear market, they couldn't maintain it and was taken down. Fortunately, the two teams met in person and decided to bring it back to the community thanks to NodeONE support.

Examining the current state of DPoS Networks.

EOS42 released a report analyzing the current status of DPoS networks. In the document they explore several blockchains that use on-chain voting as a primary. The report was produced for the purpose of raising
awareness of the impact caused by built-in base layer mechanisms that govern each of the examined blockchains.

The analysis is broken down into five parts:
 1. Assessing the current state of EOS
 2. Assessing the voter participation
 3. Distribution of votes
 4. Assessing the inflation rate
 5. Distribution of block rewards

Bithumb announces start of EOS blockchain voting.

The largest Korean cryptocurrency exchange, Bithumb, announced that it will begin participating in EOS voting. They will support BPs which contribute to the improvement of the EOS ecosystem by comprehensively examining their pledges and behavior. At first they intend to vote through proxies which are philosophically aligned with their intent.

"They consider that EOS has high potential to be developed into a popular and useful platform because of its exceptional scalability and large number of supportable decentralized applications."

EOS Virtual Machine: A High-Performance Blockchain WebAssembly Interpreter.

Block. One released the first version of the EOS VM announced at B1June. This release is still in development and not intended for use in production environments.

"They built EOS VM to be a high performance interpreter specialized for blockchain applications, but its focus on low latency and other performance efficiencies will make it a competitive alternative for many WebAssembly use cases. They expect EOS VM to increase performance up to 6X more making WebAssembly execution in EOSIO 2 up to 12X faster than when EOSIO was released just one year ago."

EOS VM features:
 - Extremely Fast Execution
 - Extremely Fast Parsing/Loading
 - Efficient Time Bound Execution
 - Deterministic Execution
 - C++ / Header Only Integration
 - Highly Extensible Design

Decentralizing in Spite of Pareto Principle, Dan's proposal for EOS voting system.

After the long discussions on how to improve the voting system on the EOS mainnet. Dan has recently published a new article that summarizes the concepts previously exposed on Telegram.

In the article Dan exposes the problems of every type of Consensus mechanisms arising from the Pareto principle, according to which 20% of people hold 80% of the wealth.

Precisely because of the Pareto principle, the Consensus mechanisms tend to centralize the control of a blockchain in the hands of a few. With his new proposal Dan wants to limit the influence of the Pareto principle, through Multiple Independent Pareto Distributions:

"Each Pareto distribution centralizes control into a few parties who have natural strengths; however, if you utilize multiple independent or ideally mutually exclusive measurements, then you can multiply the level of decentralization by the number of Pareto distributions."

How can Multiple Independent Pareto Distributions be implemented on the EOS mainnet?
 1. Giving RAM Voting Weight
 2. Giving Stake-Time Voting Weight
 3. Infinite Stake-Time Voting Weight
 4. Rewarding Non-Voting Users

Dan wants to divide the 21 producers into 4 categories:
  - 8 producers voted by EOS Staked^2
  - 8 producers voted by Days staked * EOS staked^2
  - 3 producers voted by RAM holders
  - 2 producers voted by (avg EOS burned / Day)

Dan's solution on how to Decentralize Governance.

Dan Larimer recently released a new article on his personal Medium page: "Decentralizing Governance". The article explains how past and current governance systems have been undermined by the Pareto principle. From strength-based governance, where those who managed to prevail over others ruled, to democracy, where good looks, propaganda and political strategy are the basis.

Random sampling could actually be a better way of governance as the majority of people are honest with good intentions. However most people don't won't to rule others, and this means that the result would still be biased toward the power-hungry and away from the leave-me-alone types.

So what's Dan's solution?

"the solution is to have a large number of competitive games that require a vast range of skills and/or genetic predisposition. [...] there should be 1000 different competitions requiring a diverse set of skills that no single group of the population can possess. [...] Once the best of the 1000 different fields are selected, governance would require 2/3 approval."

"The key to decentralization of governance is keeping it open to new people and avoiding creating barriers to entry that are biased toward any single minority."

This applies also to Blockchain's governance. If their governance system is entirely based on a single Proof-of-X metric, their model, through the Pareto principle, will surely become centralized.

EOSIO™ v1.8.0: Stable Release is now available. Voice release is getting closer.

Block. One recently announced the new stable released of EOSIO v1.8.0. This release marks major enhancements for EOSIO paving the way for a more secure and scalable future for EOSIO based blockchains.

This updates facilitate the activation of the consensus protocol upgrade. 2/3 of active BPs will be allowed to activate features individually to modify the protocol rules when completing the upgrade.

In this way it will be possible to activate various protocol features, including "ONLY_BILL_FIRST_AUTHORIZER". Through this feature, dApp developers will be able to build alternative models for paying the CPU and Network resource costs. Which is an essential feature for Voice Block. One's app release.

Major EOS DApps are joining the DAPP Network.

LiquidApps recently announced that some of the most performing EOS mainnet DApps are joining the DAPP Network to make their dApps more powerful, more scalable ad more user friendly.

Among these dApps we can find Effect.ai, Sense.Chat, Ore ID, AirdropsDAC, KARMA and PredIQt. According to a recent case study in Karma’s RAM costs just by using vRAM, is it possible to reduce RAM requirements by as much as 99%.

In the case of KARMA they could be able fo save around 1.4MB of RAM per week, equivalent to about 139 EOS per week at today's price.
