And is there any different in points between
Posts and topics??
And can me and my friends withdrawing their earnings
To my meta mask erc20 wallet ??

The amount of points for a post depend on multiple factors, so you can never know the exact number before you publish a post. Moreover the set of those factors can be changed in the future. Just don't pay too much attantion for that, good posts will definitely find their reward.
The points can be converted into tokens which can be withdrawn to any ERC20 wallet currently. There would be tokens based on BSC20 in the future as well.
