While this is all relative. We do not know for sure whether Satoshi Nakamoto is an individual or a team that worked on the creation of bitcoin. Yes, the creators of bitcoin can have several million bitcoins. However, wallets with these bitcoins are still inactive and no one knows if access to them has been lost or if someone is still keeping these bitcoins.
