And after my negative experience, I thought these guys were scammers, too.
But as it turned out, it wasn't what I thought it was. I am absolutely calm, because they are subordinate to the Swiss Ministry of Finance, everything is official, transparent, and I can see how things are going in the company at any time. Moreover, I can sell my tokens at any time and don't worry that I will have to wait for some time and worry that I won't be able to get my money back. But since each token is equal to a square meter of real estate, which is located in Germany, I can be calm about the rate of token, because we all know that the decline in the real estate market in Germany has not been for a long time and in the near future, despite the current economic conditions, it is not expected.
In conclusion, I would like to say a special thank you to the lawyers who conducted me on the deal, told me, showed me, because it is very difficult to understand for me whether I fit the parameters of a qualified investor in my country. And what's even cooler is that I didn't have to go anywhere to buy real estate in Germany at all! Everything happens remotely, it is enough to register and send your documents to pass the KYC procedure and to confirm your status of a qualified investor.
