The SEC can file as many lawsuits as it wants, that is not a problem in itself. The problem is with the exchanges that receive these lawsuits and where their licenses operate. If those exchanges are licensed outside the United States and countries related to the United States, they will be able to continue operating without problem. The problem will come when some exchanges have to obey without being able to give their reasons, at that point they should remove the privacy coin pairs and continue on their way.

Another added problem is that although there are countries where the SEC does not have jurisdiction, their governments could rely on United States regulations to, by modifying certain parts, have very similar guidelines, which would end up being the same, and authorized exchanges should also end up deleting privacy coin pairs.

Alas (unfortunately), the exchanges do what they are told. In the future, the situation will worsen in this regard, because there will be strong regulation not only of anonymous assets but also of exchanges.

There are only two ways out, or they obey the jurisdiction + those rules/laws or completely close their activities, both with exchanges and projects. In my understanding, there can be no other way. Again, what you and I are seeing is just the beginning of regulation, the further it goes the worse it gets. Alas... 

Who has what expectations? Have you decided what price you're going to sell it at for 10 grand? I personally follow an all or nothing strategy. I'll hold it both before and after the listing. The same 500-1k dollars will not make a difference in life. But in the future, you can regret it very much.

The hearing on the case of Changpeng Zhao, the former head of Binance, has begun - the prosecution is asking for up to 3 years in prison, the defense is seeking house arrest.

Zhao previously pleaded guilty, agreed to pay $50 million in fines and voluntarily came to the court session from the UAE to the U.S., from where he has been barred from leaving since his arrival, even on the terms of a large bail.

Все думают сразу слить NOT в стакан или кто-то холдить будет? Я вообще изначально думал холдить, но что-то похоже начинаю поддаваться эффекту толпы. Вообще велики шансы что цена отрастет после массовой продажи? Если посмотреть на Старкнет, то он вон наоборот улетел под плинтус, 1,14$ вчера было и все кто сразу их реализовал в этот момент вздохнули с облегчением.

Честно? Вообще не вижу смысла. 0 затрат/немного уделил времени = пусть валяются, кушать не просят. + Как показала практика, спустя неделя/две/три, могут сделать какой анонс = цена улетит на +50-100%. По этому, даже в первые недели, не собираюсь сливать.

P.S. Как поступать Вам, решайте сами. Кто знает, возможно наоборот я не прав и не стоит меня слушать. Только время покажет что к чему.   

Разработчикам, для начала всё таки, довести дело до логического завершения и залистить NOT. А то обсуждать можно долго, но без листинга - увы нету у проекта будущего... 

Yeah, he's on all fours and begging for mercy, probably some fans were cheering for him when he was saying that Binance is global, it needs no headquarters, it needs no approval, its the embodiment of freedom are quite surprised but this is typically CZ, when it trouble he will throw everyone under the bus to save himself.
I have like zero doubts that one tiny bit of data that was on Binance servers has escaped the US agencies, probably they now have everything, from the ID to your p2p deals, from payments for promotions to all the pump and dump trades, and of course, all the internal emails, so an old of developers will be the next in line!

If CZ gets a slap on the wrist then he has sold out, if he will get indeed 36 months in jail and not a LLS facility then maybe thy haven't got everything out of him.

I have 2 versions on CZ:

1. That he will be given some small term, they will say that he has already served it under house arrest and will be released. (This version includes the fact that he paid a 4-yard fine and transferred all the reserves of the exchange to USDC).

2. There is also a conspiracy theory that he will be locked up for such a period of time that he did not interfere with BlackRock to make bullrun in 24-25. So that they will be the only ones who can push the bitcoin to 300k and drop it to 50k. (Then in this version CZ should go to jail until about the middle of the 25th year, I think by this time the bullrun will be over, or by the years that he will be given it will be possible to determine the end of the bullrun and sell everything months 2-3 months before this date).

It's just awful. Now everything hangs online, no idea when the situation will be +/- better. But clearly it will not be for one week. The same problem was already at the beginning of the year, so those who are worried about it, I advise not to think about it too much. In time, everything will fall into place, it's just a matter of time.
