I believe for trading,trendy coins/projects will be better than others tbh. I'm always checking scan twitter accounts to see what's trending,I think that's the best strategy for my investment plan. Currently I'm looking for CIRUS and it sits at top5 bullish trend (USDT pair). You could evaluate to see if it's fit your strategy.

You should do reserach about quality projects,some projects especially Web3 projects are trending right now. It seems bear market doesn't have huge impact on that kind of situation. According to twitter scan, CIRUS is at top5 bullish trend (USDT pair). I'm always investing via market trends and have zero issue yet so far. I suggest you to check scan account's for find out what's trending atm.
