泰国证券委：四月起监管加密货币

据彭博，泰国证券交易委员会宣布将从四月起推行加密货币及 ICO 监管法规，以增强对投资者的保护。证券交易委员会秘书长 Rapee Sucharitakul 表示，相关法规将在大约三周后正式实施。这一全新的法律框架中包含了对 ICO 和交易平台的规定，框架要求 ICO 项目方进行细节披露和风险警示，但监管机构并不是希望打击 ICO 或将 ICO 驱逐至国外。此外，框架中还将包括相关的税收规定。
