Can i ask? I'm curious on what is the purposes of the points that give to you if you make a post?

If you don't know, altcointalks.com is revenue sharing forum. That means you earn for being active and contributing in the forum.
As you cab see you earn points for the posts you make. The more posts you make the more points you earn. That doesn't mean that you should start spamming posts. Beware, spamming may result in negative karma.

So what are the points? You can exchange your points for ALTS token at the rate of 10:1. You should be having a minimum of 1000 points and 1 sparta to withdraw alts. Hope I answered your question

For me points is given everytime we created constructive post but the number of points is still depends on the post created.

I'm not familiar on the tokens but i think this will be used to convert into token as a rewards of being active in the forum.
