I believe it will happen because as we have seen today the Bitcoin price is on the rise and as far as I know if the Bitcoin price is on fire it also affects the Altcoin market thats why the Altcoin season is not far from happening in the days to come and it will continue until the end of the Year technically we are already in the 4th quarter so it's just 2 months away just think positive and wait I know it will come soon.

I think it's time for a bull market for both bitcoin and altcoins. Hopefully we'll see the ethereum price rise first. Today its price has already risen to $ 416 and this is good news.
