Well, I believe that the Bitcoin Banks you are talking about is still in some countries and have not really gone round as in, widely adopted like the investment in Bitcoin itself. In some countries where Bitcoin investments are still not accepted by the Government but are only done via P2P, there is no way there will be a Bitcoin Bank I however do understand what the Op was saying about deciding not to open a new Fiat bank account but instead just hold his asset in Bitcoin but the downside to this is, he is still going to sell/withdraw when he needs to buy stuff unless there are places he can spend Bitcoin directly for whatever he needs.
