I would not call the national digital currency a cryptocurrency. CDBC are another type of money and will function on a par with cash and non-cash forms of money.

The digital currency that used to developed by the countries that you mentioned like China, the US, etc is not a true cryptocurrency and it was very different from Bitcoin and other decentralized cryptocurrencies, It was also centralized that's why they called them a CBDC or the Central Bank-sponsored Digital currency.
