I went to that link and saw a foto selfie someone priced at 1 Ethereum and has 230 ETH for trading volume, it's not complicated to make NFT, you can visit OpenSea and create your profile then upload any photos you have or any other artwork in the form of images.

Did you mean minting? No, if you use lazy minting

There are many tutorials already, try searching YouTube. IMO it isn't difficult to mint NFT, but you need your original artwork.

I believe these are waste of time. Just buy unique collectibles as early as possible than wait for huge profits tbh. NFT's will lead blockchain soon,they are so popular nowadays. If you like to know good NFT marketplace,I recommend you to check Lootex,they have amazing collectibles and very stabile.
