Increasing the warning. Post moderat now

Not working, his posts appear without postmoderation.

They were when 30-40%. But as time goes on the warning level decreases back to a warning, then 0. The time out muting obviously didn't work.
I've now given 1 strike and increased warning level to +30% (muted). I suggest someone else add another 10-20%.
Baby steps still has a chance to change... but needs more time.

If he would start posting his announcements in his topic (there is one in ANN section) then all would be okay, but he does not respond on letters and spamms wherever he wants. He does it not very often so I think premoderation option could motivate him to behave good. No need of 3 strikes or smth like that, simple premoderation would be okay. IMHO.

Can you give warning for spamming then? They don't have one yet. Only a plagia strike from 2 years ago...

Okay. I've just cleand about a dozen of his spam posts for several months (as some other old spam posts are not in my sections so I have no option of splitting topics there to clean spam only) so there's a plenty of opportunities of doing so.

He has several topics in different language sections, he can post in them updates if he want's to, not starting the same topics again and again.
