I sent him warning.

Actually, I don't want to report him but I watched this profile  for a long time and seems he is not aware about the consequences.

A week ago I didn't want to add the user to our watchlist when there was a topic without source so only added +5% warned.
Next time, we report and warn users properly to avoid such future scenarios. Lessons learnt?

5 the same responses in different board. He's not helping the forum. He must be an example of easy rank up now, punish later. I hope he will change for the better future.

Actually, I warned someone last week through pm. But just he said it's ok.
So the next time I found his new LQP again, definitely will report.
I just want them to remind in order to avoid the future waste of their profile. But if they will not listen and change, not my problem anymore. They cannot blame me.

I tried and will be kind always to approach them when caught. Always be my concern to understand them as much as possible because I know it is not a magic to rank up and we are community (not just alone). But if they continue to misbehave, I think time to let it revealed.

I don't understand how to bring a teleport account here from Bitcointalk, how to copy and paste. I think the Bitcoin forum is a hostile environment for users to survive. However, there is a favorable environment, if the rules are followed. Why they do one. I have come to understand that some people of higher rank are involved in such activities.

I've issued a +5% warning for the plagiarism, as it appears to be less than 80% copy and paste so not worthy of a strike. Noticing that the user APower$ plagiarized from is a Karma Abuser, as well as registered two days apart from each other, has led to me investigate both users. Somethings not right here.

If there were was a membership group for "under investigation", then both these users would both be in it for the time being.

Yeah, warning from respected people means a lot to change the person in early stage. Teach/direct the child(first offense) in the way he should go, when he is old he will learn from it(correction).
