I know that Ethereum is a strong coin and also Litecoin has been showing and staying string all these years, but can Litecoin go above Ethereum?

  no no never ever i think. Did you see the market cap of ETH and LTC? There are far difference between these two coin. Not only that there team and managing strategy also different and there ETH are in top position from all alt coins. So i think LTC have to long way to catch up ETH.

Yes, I think Ethereum is still the King of smart contract platform and most popular than other smart contract coin..I don't believe litecoin could be above Ethereum, It is really difficult. Ethereum is the bigger communities.

I do not agree with you. Ethereum developers continue to work from day one to improve their product and add new features to Ethereum contracts. Litecoin does not have any #DevelopmentTeam  and it has not been developed or updated for years, it is only still on the market because it was one of the first to appear after Bitcoin.
